Then join us at The Nesting Place on a Thursday evening and meet other local mum's in the same boat as you, like minded women who truly get how you feel.
Often as Mum's we don't prioritise our own well-being, and very rarely invest time in ourselves, in fact more often or not, we place ourselves last, and it is with this in mind that I have created a space and a time for you, to fully relax and let go of your everyday responsibilities.
I will teach you breathing techniques (useful for those day to day moments of frustration) as well as guide you through a bespoke relaxation,just for you, and all you have to do is relax and recharge.
This is your time once a week to be you, not mum, enjoy a gossip with friends over a cuppa, in an open, honest environment. Share advice, your own coping mechanisms as well as gain that valuable support you need too.
