Pre/Postnatal Yoga & Pilates
Hi I’m Lou,
I’m a fitness trainer specialising in Pilates, Yoga, pre & post-natal exercise.
During my classes I gently guide you through a mixture of low impact exercise using Yoga and Pilates techniques to help increase flexibility, increase muscle strength and tone your core muscles, abdominal, lower back, hips and buttocks.
Exercises are safe after your 8 week GP check.
