After having a wonderfully positive birth experience in November 2022, I completely fell in love with Hypnobirthing & felt compelled to continue spreading the word. So I trained to become a teacher! I’m here to help you feel educated, empowered, calm and comfortable in the lead up to your labour, birth and beyond! Teaching group & private courses in person at The Nesting Place, or online via zoom, I’m here to help in any way that I can.
