Hypnobirthing

Your complete positive antenatal toolkit including relaxation, birth preparation, education on your birth choices, birth partners role and much much more, in the wonderful setting of The Nesting Place.

You and your family deserve to have the birth that is right for you. One that leaves you with a feeling of confidence, empowerment and satisfaction. Hypnobirthing is proven to help expectant mums to achieve this, with them far less likely to describe the birth of their baby as painful or traumatic and less likely to request an epidural or other medical pain relief.

Our approach is simply an antenatal toolkit, brimming with all the tools and techniques you need to enjoy a more relaxed, calm, instinctive birth; irrespective of what mode of delivery is right on the day!

Our Hypnobirthing Courses offer parents-to-be the opportunity to take control of their birth journey.

The 10 hour programme is set over 2 x 5 hour classes, and aims to educate and inspire. Leaving expectant mums and dads calm, relaxed and confident that they will achieve the birth that is right for them.

We also offer the full programme on a private 1:1 basis at a time convenient for you or if you are short on time or money, don’t worry, we also offer a 3 hour private or group workshop option.

And if that was not enough, you will also receive the following in our classes;

● Course Manual & MP3 relaxation downloads
● Course handouts
● Access to our private (and hugely supportive) Facebook group
● Ongoing Text/Email/Phone support until 6 weeks’ post birth
● Coffee mornings for expectant and new Mum’s, giving you the opportunity to meet like-minded ladies

When can we start?!

The earliest we recommend that you start is after your 20 week scan to give you plenty of time to practice the tools and techniques before the birth. However don’t be put off if you are far along in your pregnancy as you can still benefit from attending classes and practicing the techniques in your final weeks of pregnancy. Many couples have attended the classes at 38 weeks and have gone on to have an amazing birth! It is never too late!

How big are the groups?

Groups are kept small and intimate to allow enough time for everyone to ask questions if they want to as we go along. This makes the class more interactive for all involved, ensuring everyone gets everything they need from the sessions.

How much does it cost?

Group sessions - £265

Private 1-2-1 sessions £365
