Terms & Conditions 

No Shows: 

Failure to attend an appointment on the day of your confirmed booking will result in the full cost of your treatment being owed and a deposit of £10 being asked for any future bookings.

If you fail to attend a confirmed booking and you had a voucher the voucher will then be void and you will be unable to use the voucher. 

Cancellations:

Please give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Failure to give the appropriate notice may result in the cost of your treatment bring owed at 50%. 

If you have a voucher and you are unable to give the required notice then it is at the managements discretion with regards to re booking. 

No refunds are given on vouchers
